Q. I would like to order some glasses what's the delivery time?
A. Average order time is 3/4 weeks.

Q. What format should i send the artwork in?
A. Adobe illustrator .ai file is preferred, pdf and jpeg is also ok.

Q. Are the printed glasses permanent?
A. All printed glasses use special ink that is tempered to make the print wash proof.

Q. I don't have a logo could you create a design for me?
A. If you don't have a design we can provide or custom make artwork.

Q. What is your minimum for printed glasses?
A. Minimum order quantity is 48 glasses.

Q. Can i collect my glasses?
A. We deliver but if you would like to collect the glasses yourself you can.
